Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your Edustream plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay for the difference in plan cost for the remaining days in your billing period. Yes. Comprehensive onboarding training is included with every Edustream package at no extra cost. When your school subscribes, the Edustream onboarding team will schedule training sessions for your administrators, teaching staff, and any other relevant staff roles. Yes. Custom domain (white-label) support is available on the Enterprise plan. This means your staff, students, and parents access Edustream through a URL that reflects your school’s own brand — for example, portal.yourschool.edu.ng — rather than a generic Edustream subdomain.Setting up a custom domain requires a DNS configuration change on your side. Edustream takes data privacy seriously. All data — including student records, academic results, and financial information — is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to data is role-controlled, meaning each user only sees the information their role permits.Edustream does not sell or share your school’s data with third parties. The platform is built with privacy standards aligned to educational data protection best practices. Yes — Edustream supports multi-campus setups, allowing a school group or educational foundation to manage multiple campuses from a single account with consolidated or separated reporting as needed. Parents and guardians on schools running the Operations+ plan can pay fees directly through the Parent Portal. Supported payment methods are:
  • Card payments — Visa and Mastercard, processed securely through the payment gateway
  • Bank transfer — via Flutterwave or Paystack integrated directly into the portal
Card and gateway payments typically reflect on the student’s account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank’s processing time. Parents can download a digital receipt for every payment directly from the Finance section of the portal.
